INDIVIDUAL TAX SERVICES – FAQ

Who do you typically work with for individual tax services?

We work primarily with high-income individuals, professionals, executives, real estate investors, and families whose tax situations involve multiple income sources, investments, or long-term planning considerations.

Do you handle multi-state tax returns?

Yes. We regularly prepare multi-state and non-resident tax returns for clients who live in California but earn income in other states, as well as clients who relocate or work remotely.

Can you help with RSUs, stock options, and equity compensation?

Yes. We have significant experience with RSUs, ISOs, ESPPs, and other equity compensation, particularly for tech and executive clients in the Bay Area. We help clients understand tax timing and plan accordingly.

Do you offer tax planning for individuals, or only tax filing?

We offer both. In addition to tax preparation, we provide proactive tax planning to help clients reduce future tax exposure and make informed financial decisions throughout the year.

What if I receive an IRS or California FTB notice?

We review the notice, explain what it means, and respond on your behalf. Many notices are resolvable quickly with proper handling.
